Publication Rules

1. Evidence is required – publications are only accepted from those who have identified themselves and confirmed their identity Applications without evidence will not be accepted.

2. Try to resolve the issue peacefully – try to reach an agreement before submitting your application. We will always ask you for proof of these attempts.

3. Be prepared to answer for your publication – if the respondent provides convincing evidence of your guilt, we will also add you to our site's blacklist.

4. The administration is not responsible for the materials – all published data is taken from open sources or submitted by users. We do not guarantee their veracity.

5. Removal from the blacklist is possible only with evidence of a resolution. However, the administration reserves the right to keep the entry on the closed list.
